Its location is great.
Thanks for perfectly pleasant stay, having setting close to the centre of things in Merida. Guests can use a fully furnished kitchen at any time. Staff are nice and exceptional people.

This hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from popular restaurants and shopping areas. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning and fully equipped kitchens. the staff is incredibly helpful and attentive, always available to address any issues or provide information. the lobby is beautifully decorated and offers a cozy atmosphere. Guests can also enjoy free bikes and a bookshelf filled with English books.
The noise from the traffic and barking dogs in the neighborhood can be a bit bothersome at times.

I had a very pleasant stay, with location in a nice area of the city. I appreciated the host who runs the place. Peaceful setting very close to Merida, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Nice drinks at Pich Rest Bar, nestled 500 ft away...

The apartment suited my needs perfectly. Bonus weekly gatherings with other tenants for great conversation. Nelson, the owner, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the city and its history. the location is terrific for restaurants and shopping.
Felt safe, nothing too much trouble.

I stayed at Mi Ca-SA for a week and it was perfect. The apartment had everything I needed - quiet, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and great AC. The location was strategic, close to Paseo de los Montejos and a Walmart supermarket. Nelson, the owner, was an exceptional host. He was always friendly, helpful and provided me with all the information I needed about the city. The courtyard was beautiful and the weekly gatherings with other tenants were a nice touch. Best stay ever!
Would recommend this hotel.
